Exhibition of renowned Architect JAVIER SENOSIAIN "Organic Architecture"

ORGANIC ARCHITECTURE July 25th to September 27th, 2019 Javier Senosiain was born in Mexico in 1948. His early life consisted mostly of a middle-class family. At the time he was a budding artist and was very involved in his towns small art community. Some of his inspirations were simple things such as snakes and peanuts but in his eyes, they were a true artisan.

Mexican Cultural Institute in New Orleans

In 2018 the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Mexico established the Mexican Cultural Institute in New Orleans, which will be added to the Network of Cultural Institutes of Mexico, primordial spaces for cultural diplomacy that have become meeting and reference sites for the promotion of the Mexican culture at a local level.

The primary objective of the Mexican Cultural Institutes Abroad is to promote the image of Mexico by supporting cultural expressions in its broadest and fullest sense, including multidisciplinary forms like visual arts, music, performing arts, film, literature and gastronomy. The mission of the Cultural Institutes is to be protagonists of the cultural scene in their different host cities.
